Rental car rental terms and conditions
Reservation:

Please make a reservation online or via phone.

Payment: 

Credit Card: it will be charged to your credit card  after your reservation is confirmed. 
  Bank Transfer: Payment must be done within 7 days after your reservation is confirmed. 
*Please contact us in case you will not be make it for the payment within 7 days. 

Rent a car:

Please visit our office. We will verbally explain terms and conditions before you depart. 

Usage information:

Please have a safe drive and enjoy your trip.
Please note that you must return your car by 6PM, however, please call 075-950-0048 to extend, we will inform you about the additional charges.

To return your car:

Please refill the tank fully at specific gas stations we request before you return.

Rental car fees will be charged at the time of reservation with scheduled fees based on the contents of the rental agreement.

    (rent-hour must be over 72 hours or  longer than 2 nights 3 days package)

    (any seasons and any days): 20％off

  • Please be assured that car parking is complimentary for your first car. 
  • If you come by more than two cars, first car will be complimentary and parking fee will be incurred from second cars.
  • Discount may be combined together up to two.
  • Cars are available to be rent our from 9AM till 6PM.
  • Weekday 2 nights and 3 days plans are only valid during weekday. this discount is not valid during weekend, high seasons and premium seasons. 
  • Discount will be applied to your car basis rate. 
  • Above rate is valid from FEB10’2020.
Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel or amend your exist reservations,
please call us directory. Please note that your reservation will be cancelled without any notice.

Support service

In case you need to cancel your reservations due to any emargency cases, you may amend your reservation date and you may use *the full deposit from your original reservation. *Amend date must be within 6month. In case amend date will be within 12 months, you may use your 50% deposit from your original reservation for it, however, in that case rest of 50% of your deposit will be not refund as cancellation charge. At same time, it is required you to submit the proof of it.

Please read:
Car license:

if your car license allows you to drive only AT cars, please let us know in advance.
Some cars are not allowed to be driven with AT car license.

To identify drivers:

Please show all of your driver licenses who will drive a car. if you may not, we will not be able to offer. 

When you return a car:

Please refill a tank at specific gas station we request.

When you get involved in car accident: 

You must pay repair charge for your rent + damages(the other drives car) + non-operation charge.

If we may not rent out a car:

Due to any unexpected cases are inquired such as typhoon and earthquakes, we will refund.   
  
In case you face any unexpected matters during your renting, please contact us immediately and we will refund the amount of fee in rest of your rent term that you may not consume.( For customer who pay by credit card, we will refund after deducting the amount of surcharge) 
  
We wiil not take any responsibilities for anything incurred due to any accidents or unexpected issues. 

Car insurance:
Body Injury:

unlimited up to 1 person 

Property damage:

unlimited up to 1 accident. *deductible when renting a car is JPY100,000(Customers need to pay)

Collision:

it will be calculated based on market price of its car. 
*This is valid only when your car contacts with other car. This insurance will not be covered for self-injury accidents and property damages. Deductible when renting a car is JPY110,000(Customers need to pay)

Personal Injury Accident:

unlimited up to one person. 

  • it covers for your travel companions on same car will be covered in case any injuries and death case.
  • The amount of damage which insurance may not be covered will be at customer’s own expense. 
  • Insurance payment will not be paid if accidents is applicable on disclaimer.
    Also, it might be required to submit accident report from Police to claim insurance payment.
  • Available time for renting out will be 9AM to till 6PM.
  • Drivers who are not registered at our office will not be covered by any insurance. In case they have any accidents, no insurance will not be applied under any circumstances. 
  • Please report us any accidents immediately.  Without any notice to us, please do not proceed for settlement of the matters out of court. 
NON-OPERATION CHARGE:

If we find any damages, stolen, defacements, cigarette burns and so on, which done by customers, we will charge you NON-OPERATION CHARGE.

IF YOU RETURN TO THE OFFICE BY YOURSELF: JPY100,000 IF YOU CANNOT RETURN IT DUE TO ANY ACCIDENTS: JPY150,000 IF A CAR IS DAMAGED AND RETURN TO OUR OFFICE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE US:JPY150,000 
  • if you leave a rent car on the street, not returning to our office, without any notice will be charged JPY50,000. 
  • if we find any defacements after you return a car, charges for repairing will be applied to you. 
FEE OF REPAIR:

If any charges for repair is incurred, its customer is required to pay as following:

Charge of Repair is less that JPY100,000
You must pay all of it.
 
Charge of repair is over JPY100,000
You need to pay JPY100,000, rest of charges will be covered by the insurance. 

THE DAMAGE OF OTHER DRIVER;

Damage is less than JPY100,000: you are required to pay all at your expense. 
 
Damage is over JPY100,000 will be covered by the insurance, however, you are still required to pay the deductible amount JPY100,000.

90% of our customers buy this package. this is additional options for the customers who buy CDW.

  • You may not cancel and buy RAP in the middle of leasing period.
  • One day charge JPY1,650 is applied for Half-day rent
  • 1 the value of New tires will be as same as the one with flat tires.(up to JPY20,000 incl tax)
  • 2 You might need to pay first and we will pay you back later. In that case, please bring the receipt to our office when you return the car, so that we will pay you back at that time. 
In that case, payment will be made in exchange for the receipt upon your return.
THE CASES THAT INSURANCE AND COMPENSATION IS NOT APPLIED.

1: When you do not report us and police, you get any incidents. 
2:When you violate the rental conditions. 

  • Any damages are incurred by illegally parked car.
  • Any incidents by dunk-driving.
  • Drug users.
  • Extending the leasing period without any notice to us.
  • Drove by the person who are not registered and not on our contract.
  • When you do settlement out of court without any our permission.
  • When you lend the car that you borrowed from us to 3rd person.
  • When you drive a car without any car license. 
  • When you use the car for any driving tests and competitions, towing and push other car.
  • all accidents and incidents  which are considered as disclaimer on our rental conditions.

3: When your case is considered as disclaimer on the insurance conditions of insurance company.

  • Accidents which are incurred on purpose. 
  • To lose a car key. 
  • When your belongings are damages. 
  • Natural Disaster(any damages by earthquakes and Tsunami)
etc..

  • If car is stolen by leaving a key on or unlocked. 
  • When you damage the interior of the car.
  • Repair fee which is incurred by rough usage of the car.
  • Damages and losts of equipments.
  • Damages which are incurred by mis-setting up the child seats and faulty maintenance. 
  • Damages by the mistakes of refilling different types of gas.
  • Damages which is incurred by driving on the beach and riversides(driving off-the-roads) 
etc..

5:Others

  • From above, any damages by the incidents which are not covered by insurance and the amount which is exceeded maximum amount of compensation will be customer’s own expense. 
  • Hit and run accidents and car broken into accidents must be reported to Police to get the benefit. 
Dear Customers from overseas

Please note that JPY150,000 deposit must be paid upon your reservation. if you get any incidents or use highway card(ETC) from us, its amount will be deducted from the deposit upon refund. 
 
in case deposit may not cover, we will ask you to pay additional.
